At G Harmony Active, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a flexible return process to ensure your satisfaction. Whether you prefer to return your purchase in-store or via mail, we've got you covered.

In-Store Returns:

If you made your purchase at our physical store, you can simply bring the item back within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure the item is in new condition in its original packaging with tags attached along with your receipt. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with a full refund, exchange, or store credit via G Harmony Active gift card, depending on your preference. Rest assured, refunds for in-store returns will be processed immediately.

Mail-In Returns:

If you prefer to return your item by mail, we've made the process as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Place the item back in its original packaging.
  3. Contact us by email at contact@gharmonyapparel.com and include the word "RETURN" and your ORDER# in the subject line.
  4. Please note that the cost to return the item is completely the customer's responsibility.  We do not provide return shipping labels.
  5. Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 7-10 business days and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit according to your preference.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition with the original packaging and receipt. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so please take care to return the item in the same condition as when you received it.
